It's about ready to be declared no longer a stub. Ideally the article should be fleshed out with more concrete details (as opposed to lists of names and administrative structures)... AnonMoos (talk) 14:55, 5 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

Agreed. Since this article is not specifically about one division (Friars, Nuns, Sisters, or Laity), or one province.. I went ahead and added several sections-
1) I clarified the introduction to make it more generic (Information related to the founding of the Eastern province was moved to that section. 2) Because I am a friar from the Central Province, I went ahead and listed all of the apostolates in that province. 3) I added a section on Dominican Women (Sisters & Laity) which includes all of the historical congregations of Sisters and Nuns that I had information on. 4) I added a section on Dominican Laity and included links to each of the regional affiliations of Dominican Laity. -- 03:29, 7 January 2013‎ 174.51.82.46

Dominicans in the United StatesDominican Order in the United States – When I first saw this, I thought it was about the Hispanic peoples of the Dominican Republic or possibly the people of Dominica. —Justin (koavf)TCM 22:16, 3 August 2015 (UTC)Reply

  • Support – It is best to get rid of this ambiguity, so as to avoid WP:ASTONISHing the reader. RGloucester 00:03, 4 August 2015 (UTC)Reply

  • Support. In Los Angeles, California, Dominicans means people whose ancestry stems from the Dominican Republic. Never thought of any religious order with that name. BeenAroundAWhile (talk) 05:34, 4 August 2015 (UTC)Reply
  • Support three different topics can be meant by this very ambiguous descriptive title -- 67.70.32.190 (talk) 06:34, 4 August 2015 (UTC)Reply
  • Support Current title is ambiguous and unlikely to be primary topic. In this context it's more likely to mean Dominican American (Dominican Republic). Peter James (talk) 23:36, 7 August 2015 (UTC)Reply
