Image edit

i have removed File:Dewoitine D.371.jpg as it is patently NOT a D.371, but either the prototype or one of three pre-series D.1 aircraft built without the pylon supporting the wing!!!--Petebutt (talk) 04:17, 25 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

Merger proposal edit

I propose the merge as it is silly to have two articles on the same subject as the D.372 is merely a minor variant of the D.371.--Petebutt (talk) 06:31, 16 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

Merge, although it should be named Dewoitine D.37. Under the French military designation system of the time, the first two digits represented the main type, and all additional digits represent sub-types. Almost the only time the subtypes should have their own pages is if only a single sub-type was built, otherwise the page should be under the parent type - which in this case would be the Dewoitine D.37 (sometimes written as D.370)
Merge as above. I will go ahead as there as been no further discussion--Petebutt (talk) 14:37, 30 May 2017 (UTC)Reply
