Wish I could give the years he was principal at Thayer for this article, but I can only give the year he left. 1994. That's not some made up number, I was a student at the school when he left. More on his teaching and principal career, both before and during his time in Winchester, NH, might be helpful to this article. Wish I could provide it. -anonymous, 7/21/2016 12:46 AM EST — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:18B:0:9141:1D1D:F63C:8498:B3B5 (talk) 04:47, 21 July 2016 (UTC)Reply
Ok, found this New York Times article from 1986 which in the fourth paragraph says that he came to Thayer in 1981. But in the fifth paragraph it states he came to Winchester, NH in 1978 after six years as principal at Long Island's Shoreham-Wading River Middle School. At least I'm assuming running the middle school means he was the principal. If the article is correct, then he was principal at Shoreham-Wading River Middle School from 1972 to 1978 (assuming he didn't remain in NY for a number of years before moving to Winchester)and then he didn't become principal at Thayer for two or three years, depending on when in '78 he moved to the two. That would then leave his time at Thayer as 1981 to 1994. -anonymous 7/21/2016 1:14 AM EST — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.189.198.209 (talk) 05:14, 21 July 2016 (UTC)Reply
