The unreferenced tag edit

I added the {{unreferenced}} tag to the article because of the lack of inline citations. All information, particularly in articles about living people, should be readily traceable back to its source. Information that cannot be verified is subject to removal. —C.Fred (talk) 17:35, 12 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

From Talk:Denis L. Feron/Comments edit

Several references to a number of people of co-defendants in the Chemetco case are ambiguous as these share the same names as other innocent people having nothing to do with the case, but with Wikipedia biogs.

The numbers of the references in the text are now out-of sync with their respective numbers at the bottom of the page. These need to be re-matched.

All of the facts on Denis Feron's role in the Chemetco case are easily verifiable with reference to my website, the tripflare, which has published extensive documentary evidence on the case, including original legal documents. Astral highway (talk) 12:41, 18 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

The external link no 16 does not return a Chemetco or Denis Feron result. Please check and redo this linkAstral highway (talk) 00:03, 4 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

The external link no 13 is also extraneous to this page. I think it was meant to show that Chemetco was operating without a permit throughout its history. But actually it simply shows that a permit could not be issued for a closed, EPA sealed facility that was no longer operating. This currently undermines the credibility of the links so perhaps should be fixed.Astral highway (talk) 00:07, 4 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Brighton? edit

The article refers to "Ira Sydney Campbell, a 56-year-old contractor from Brighton". Is this really the Brighton on the south coast of England, as is linked, or Brighton, Illinois, which would seem more likely? Rojomoke (talk) 15:40, 13 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

The question is moot. Neither Campbell nor his company was mentioned in the cited source. As a result, I've deleted that whole paragraph under WP:BLP. —C.Fred (talk) 22:05, 13 January 2009 (UTC)Reply
