Most of the changes made in my edit which was recently undone were to clean up non-standard formatting, to make the article comply with Wikipedia's Manual of Style, and to replace the dead link to Premier Global with an archive version.
If you have a look at WP:Biographies of living persons, you'll see that's it's Wikipedia policy that "Unsourced or poorly sourced contentious material about living persons — whether the material is negative, positive, or just questionable — should be removed immediately and without waiting for discussion".
With regard to the pieces of personal info, about Spink's family life and his cleaning company, if you have reliable published sources for these then please put any or all of them back in, along with a reference to those published sources.
