Autobiographical and neutral point of view concerns edit

This article was previously selected for deletion on 2011-08-01, as noted here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Dawn_Xiana_Moon

One of justifications for deletion at that time was that the article appears to be autobiographical. The current Wikipedia entry may again be autobiographical or edited by persons with undisclosed conflicts of interest.

The edit history of the now-deleted version appears to be lost with the deletion. However, a log exists that the user Lindyswing had contributed to the now-deleted Wikipedia article in 2009: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Log/Lindyswing

Analysis of current article

=================================================== edit

Lindyswing re-created the article on 2014-11-01.

Based upon timestamps and content of edits, it seems possible that the editors Lindyswing, jeddekofmars, and various IP addresses are either the same individual, or colluding individuals, which had some undisclosed personal connection to the subject of this article, and which should be disclosed per Wikipedia Conflict of Interest guidelines.

Some problems with references noted in a quick analysis:

(Introduced in edit by IP 78.159.212.157) Reference 1 does not support the claim that Dawn Xiana Moon is the first musician to blend traditional Chinese and American music. In fact, that reference notes other musicians that preceded Moon.

(Introduced in edit by Lindyswing) Reference 2 is an inactive link. Reference 2 was created when the article was first written on 2014-11-01. The link said that it was retrieved on 2014-10-15, which preceded the Wikipedia article creation, and thus was never able to be independently verified by Wikipedia reviewers. An examination of archived MSN videos from the dates 2014-10-14, 2014-10-15, and 2014-10-16 did not result in any matching videos, links provided here: https://web.archive.org/web/20191014175202/http://www.msn.com/en-us/video https://web.archive.org/web/20141015013556/http://www.msn.com/en-us/video https://web.archive.org/web/20141016010342/http://www.msn.com/en-us/video/viral

(Introduced in edit by IP 78.159.212.157) Reference 8 does not provide a link. A google search of the article does not reveal any such article. A search of "Alice Lin at Straits Times" does not uncover any person with that name affiliated with that publication.

(Introduced in edit by IP 78.159.212.157) Reference 9 does not support the claims in the Wikipedia article. Reference 9 links to a web page in Chinese, which (via Google Translate) discusses a canal in the city of Wuxi, Jiangsu, China. This article is dated 2014-10-30, but the Wikipedia reference claims that it was retrieved on the date 2014-10-17, which precedes the article date. This reference was added 4 minutes after article creation, which suggests some collusion between editors, or that the same individual added both Wikipedia changes.

Does anyone else consider this article to lack the notability and/or neutral point of view criteria? If so, should it be cleaned up or deleted?
