Don Brothers, Buist and Company

edit

The description of Don Brothers, Buist and Company as "an established jute and linen mill which was the largest employer in Forfar" is slightly misleading. Firstly the firm had more than one mill/factory. Secondly while based in Forfar it also operated in Dundee and owned other firms which operated beyond Forfar. Thirdly, it was also involved in the production of woolen goods and later synthetic textiles. The statement appears to lack a source.Dunarc (talk) 22:55, 5 September 2018 (UTC)Reply
