FBI Investigation and Probability that Preschang is David S. Chang

It appears that user Preschang is most likely David S. Chang himself. First, all except one of Preschang's Wikipedia contributions involves this page or Chang's then-wife Beth Fukumoto. Second, nearly everything added on this page by Preschang is self-promotional text. Lastly, Preschang, very blatantly, removed information about the FBI investigation on David S. Chang. Preschang has been specifically instructed not to edit this page

I undid Preschang's 12 October 2017 edits to this page because he has failed to propose them here. On 13 September 2017, Preschang was instructed on User talk:Preschang page to: "If you wish to add to an existing article about yourself, please propose the changes on its talk page." and "If you are the article's subject and have concerns about the article, please propose your desired changes on the article's talk page or follow the instructions at Wikipedia:Contact us - Subjects." Membership in Financial Planning Association and Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii is not supported

The sentence "Chang is a member of the Financial Planning Association, Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii . . ." does not appear to be supported by the membership directories of either organization. The Chamber of Commerce Hawaii's member directory (formerly known as the Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii) does not have Chang as a member. Similarly, the Financial Planning Association website also does not include Chang as a member. Conceivably, Chang could have previously been a member of those organizations, but it does not appear he is currently a member. Accordingly, I edited that sentence.
