Whoever put in the stuff (which strikes me as a bit biased against Rep. Price) regarding B.J. Lawson didn't do their citations right. I've switched that stuff to citation needed, and if I remember, I'll remove it in a bit if citations don't appear. Media concentration quote

Just saw that my citation needed tag was taken off of the media concentration quote attributed to him. The note attached to the quote states that it originally came from M.B. Hardy and was quoted by David Price at a state Democratic party convention in the 90s. How vague is that? I mean, really, especially for direct quotes, we need a third-party source that is reliable. I suspect whoever removed the tag may be MB Hardy...I found the exact same thing today as I cleaned up net neutrality in the United States and tried to figure out the source of the supposed David Price quote. M.B. Hardy appears to be a private person [submitted SEC comments] in 2012, essentially a personal list of quotes. It's nice enough, but unfortunately references are "unencyclopedic". It may well be true, that Price did say that, but the web doesnt give any clue. As a result of this attributed references MB Hardy achieved some google prominence I say. Dean??

Correct me if I am wrong, but I am fairly certain that the dean of congressional delegations is the member who has served the longest amount of time uninterrupted, not necessarily longest time. He has served the longest amount of time in NC's delegation, but Senator Richard Burr has served longer continuously (Since 1995) in Congress, whereas Price has served continuously since 1997. I note this because in some other states, the dean is not always the longest serving, but continous serving (see Dina Titus and Mark Amodei of Nevada), and a congressman gets knocked back in seniority if their service is interrupted by an election defeat (See Steve Chabot of Ohio). If he wins reelection in 2022, this will become irrelevant since Burr is retiring, but until then, I'm switching the dean label to Burr.
