Date of birth
editHis date of birth has been changed from May 20th to June 20th by IMDB and has been accepted as this date since 2004 (even by the NY Times) although when searching any database prior to 2004, his birthdate is May 20th. Lincher 01:18, 3 September 2006 (UTC)
- How reliable is the website that you use Lincher? We cannot access your link, so we can't see for ourselves what is written. Are there any other sources? Hotwine8 20:06, 1 October 2006 (UTC)
- It is an accurate one when it comes to political figures as they normally are the only one to hold such dates. As for performers, it is as good as an encyclopedia. For what I think about this one, it is IMDB that changed the figure from June to May and everybody has them as a source though when you look prior to 2004 when they changed their data, it was the May date that was written. Knowing that it is often user requesting changes, it is not reliable. Lincher 20:20, 1 October 2006 (UTC)

Pop trivia
editI removed a comment about Aiello-as-Peter's-penis in the Family Guy episode from the Career section. This has nothing to do with Aiello's career. I'm opposed to pop trivia in articles, but if you add this back in, please do so in a trivia section at the end of the article. James A. Stewart (talk) 22:10, 17 November 2008 (UTC)
Flagging career?
editAn editor recently turned Aiello's mid-1980s career into a "flagging" one--right after The Purple Rose of Cairo and Broadway Danny Rose, that's a bit doubtful. Moreover, playing the papa to Madonna in a music video is hardly "breakthrough." I reverted, since claims such as "flagging" and "breakthrough" need to be accompanied by sources.
