AFC thoughts edit
I was on the fence here about accepting this. On the one hand, it's a hot mess, but on the other there appear to be a reasonable number of sources indicating notability. Hence, I'm accepting on the latter grounds, with the assumption that faithful gnomes will take care of the former.
