He was not defender edit

I do not know if Sekerbegovic played in Yugoslavia as a defender, but when he played for Besiktas, he was a left winger, when Besiktas played as 4-3-3. His fellow countryman Arnavutovic was playing as left sided midfielder, just behind him. he was wearing number number 11. he played for Besiktas 1983-84 season 33 games, and 1984-85 season 31 games. When Besiktas celebrated its 100th years foundation, he was invited. he came all the way from Sarajevo where he runs a restaurant called also Besiktas.

I have attended most of Besiktas' home games and some of away games from 1982 onwards, until 1996. He was very tall, and but run faster then anyone, always from left flank. His crosses were also very famous. He had a great dribling ability. and off course, he was master of free kicks. But i do not recall any defensive duties or abilities. He cannot be defender, because when he was playing for Besiktas, left back was Kadir Akbulut, right back was Husamettin (forget his surname, a blond tall block), central defenders were Samet Aybaba (current Bursaspor manager) and Ulvi Guveneroglu. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Kurucesmeli (talkcontribs) 22:42, 4 June 2008 (UTC)Reply
