Title?

Why was this article moved? This storm was retired per the article. YE ^{Pacific Hurricane} 13:54, 20 November 2013 (UTC)

There is a Cyclone Helen active right now in the NIO, which is currently more important, likely to cause more impact than this one, and will likely get more news coverage than this Helen ever will. If anything, this should be move to Helen 07 so we don't have both years. Hurricanehink mobile (talk) 14:54, 20 November 2013 (UTC)

I thought the rule was that the retired storm got the name, regardless of any impacts that future names have. As a result i would rather see this one retain the name.Jason Rees (talk) 15:02, 20 November 2013 (UTC)

That is a general rule, but NIO doesn't retire names. If Helen 13 is more notable, then no reason this should get the main article. Hurricanehink mobile (talk) 16:58, 20 November 2013 (UTC)
