Is it really that farfetched to imagine cowboys eating cowboy beans?
editIn the start of the article it says ”Although cowboy appears in the name, the use of canned beans, ketchup, and barbecue sauce means the dish is unlike anything ranch hands would have eaten in the 19th century.” but ketchup, barbecue sauce, and canned pork and beans were a thing during the time cowboys were also a thing. Is it really that farfetched to imagine cowboys eating cowboy beans? The source listed for the claim doesnt look that reliable either btw. Axeles stellaris (talk) 02:38, 30 March 2024 (UTC)
