Geofact tag

The {{geofact}} tag placed on this article is a little odd. There is only one coord link on the page, which relates to a point slightly west of Monaghan town. While not the geographical centre of the county, it's a good a point as any when referencing an area of 1200 square kilometers. Even if it was the geographical dead centre, how would you cite something like that? In my view, either coord template or the cleanup tag should be removed. Almost an Exclave

In the history section, there is no mention of the small part of Monaghan in the SW of the county that is almost entirely in Northern Ireland, it's connected to the ROI with 50m of bank on the Finn River. The trunk road that goes through Monaghan is given the designation N54 and then becomes the A3 when it cross back into NI. IS that area always been part of the county, or is is the result of Irish partition? The people on the villages of Clonagore and Drumsloe wanted to be part of the republic?
