Accuracy of information edit

This does not sound like the "Colonial Goose" I grew up with. We would buy a rolled roast with stuffing already in it. This was a reasonably priced, and not terribly high quality piece of meat. It was roasted in our household. A red wine marinade in the New Zealand of the 1950's and earlier would be very uncommon, as would the use of honey and apricots in a meat dish.
