The image Image:Court of Session Seal.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

woman's rights edit

The quote in the Quotations section on woman's rights is very misleading (and whoever added it seems to have misunderstood it) "—O why should a Woman not get a Degree?" is not the last line of the poem, but the title. The first three verses set up an argument for women's degrees, but the last one, the one cited, then repudiates it and gives a "reason" why they are not needed (Angels don't need degrees...) So far from heretical and enlightened, it is the opposite
