Sad event. But must the word "war" be included ?
editI'm just rising the question. Naturally is terminology like "post-war" , "between the wars" etc just a way of making "time stamps". But "after 1945" is an example, which avoids mention "war" as if wars are just like any other event. I understand it's not intentional , but I really think that unnecessary mentioning of the word "war" well could be replaced , even if this article also deals with a disaster. - Replying 3 years later, but: the war should be mentioned as it was arguably relevant to this disaster, not just an incidental historical detail. As the article explains, part of the reason the ground was unsafe is because it had been unused (and used for other purposes) during the war years, and hadn't been restored to full operation at the time of the match.
