A sailing geek needs to rewrite this one

Wikipedia is not a sailing textbook - these articles are written for the average curious reader. As such, you can't have writing like this: "Bowsprit of the Falls of Clyde, showing the dolphin striker, the use of chain for the bobstays, and three furled jibs." Dolphin striker? I came here to learn something, not to be beaten down by jargon.
