While trying to move the stub page User:Trident13/Boticca to this page, I was advised by the system that the page had been protected. On coming to the page, I discovered that User:NawlinWiki twice deleted content placed into the page about the same company, and has then placed a Permanent Protection tag on the page so that it can not be recreated. Having created an article on my personal stub page, I agree that in September 2009 Boticca would not have passed WP:NOTABILITY. However, having now created the stub article in January 2011, I believe that it does (WP:RS includes the Telegraph, Daily Mail, New York Times and Vogue UK), and hence protection of the page should be removed to allow the creation of a suitable article.
