Apparently the same person (or organization) using different IP proxies ([1],[2],[3],[4]) is spreading negative information about Nadezhdin on this article in violation of WP:BLP policy, doing so in a disruptive way, waging edit wars against multiple editors, misrepresenting sources, or taking Nadezhdin's words out of context. Could someone who is a Russian speaker please check all the sources that have been put into the article? Thanks. -- Tobby72 (talk) 14:45, 1 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
At least one of these IPs is engaging in POV-pushing across various articles and their edits in this article are no exception. The whole political stance section they added is full of original research/synth and distortion of the sources.
For example the very first sentence they wrote: Boris Nadezhdin, while considered a liberalpolitician, was a member of many right-wing political parties. In the 1990s he was a member of the "A Just Russia", a right-wing political party, which is currently sympathetic to the agenda of incumbent president Vladimir Putin (including his foreign policy). The two sources cited there do not mention Nadezhdin.
I also forgot to mention that A Just Russia did not exist in the 1990s. They must have confused the party with something else. Either way, they introduced false information with no source. Mellk (talk) 18:56, 3 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
