Khaykin or Khaikin? edit

I have a question as to the English transliteration of this conductor's name on Wikipedia. As an avid record collector of many years, I have never seen BK transcribed "Khaykin" on sleeve notes, references or covers, which in my experience always read "Khaikin". That's certainly the usual spelling in the UK, USA and Germany: and the same is true for the English notes in Melodiya and Aquarius CD issues. Should "Khaikin" be used as the main entry, to avoid confusion? Any thoughts about this?? Zarzuelauk (talk) 08:05, 31 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

I totally agree. I have moved the page accordingly. -- Jack of Oz [pleasantries] 03:25, 28 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
