Names of descendants edit
The names of Thomas's descendants have repeated been added to this article. We do not want these because:
- These names do not add to an understanding of out subject, Bert Thomas.
- As indicated by Template:Infobox person, relatives should only be named only if they are 'independently notable or particularly relevant'. For children, it indicates 'Typically the number of children (e.g., 3); only list names of independently notable or particularly relevant children'.
- Names of non-notable presumably-living people should not be added, for privacy reasons, see WP:BLPNAME. It is likely that these descendants are alive.
- No source had been cited for any of the names, other than his son Peter. Citing a source is required by the Wikipedia:Verifiability policy, and is of particular importance where it concerns living people.
I will delete these names again. Please do not restore them without discussing these issues here. Verbcatcher (talk) 16:44, 11 January 2020 (UTC)
