Claims of reliability edit

I am aware of two JVL discussions: First:[1] And the latest: [2] I have read the entire discussion, the "Summary" at the bottom, and also the "Arguments" section "Pro RS/Against RS", where the arguments for RS are not backed up by anything while the arguments against RS are backed up by sources. But if we were to apply a "case by case" judgment as a few suggested, and also as I have done here, and use articles on JVL if they have a reliable author clearly identified and that author is an acknowledged authority on the subject of the article, how is the JVL article here reliable? Where is the reliable author? As I looked at this "case by case" I did not see a confirmed reliable author for the article. --Supreme Deliciousness (talk) 17:31, 30 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
