D'Urso vs. d'Urso edit

A few months ago, this article was moved from Barbara d'Urso to Barbara D'Urso by Doomsdayer520 based on a request from JackkBrown. However, her official website shows her name as "Barbara d'Urso". What was the rationalization for the move, and what should be the title of the Wikipedia article? Thanks! GoingBatty (talk) 20:37, 12 December 2023 (UTC)Reply

@GoingBatty: if you change the title, also modify the other 25 articles that say "Barbara d'Urso" and "Barbara D'Urso": insource:/Barbara d'Urso/. JackkBrown (talk) 22:08, 12 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
@JackkBrown: Let's first discuss which is correct. What was your justification for submitting the request to change the article name? GoingBatty (talk) 03:38, 13 December 2023 (UTC)Reply

If I recall correctly, the reason for the move request was that official news sources, even in her home country, used the capital "D", though the small "d" appears in other sources as well. I only did the move for technical reasons and I have no strong opinion one way or the other, but I will point out that as a famous person she may not be the direct author of her own website. Reversing the move may be valid, but just consider the effects on connected articles, as mentioned above. ---DOOMSDAYER520 (TALK|CONTRIBS) 14:13, 13 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
