Massive Revamp From "Bandana Square" To "Northern Pacific Como Shops"?

There is more to the story of the Northern Pacific's Como Shops than just its current incarnation as Bandana Square. I think the article would be better off if it was expanded to include the time the shops were actively used by first the Northern Pacific and then the NP's successor, the Burlington Northern. I propose that the article be divided into two sections as follows:
As Como Shops
As Bandana Square
