Content
editI feel like the amount of information for each section is a bit imbalanced. I'll try to gather some more information especially on Specialties and Commercializations.--Alex.yuan011995 (talk) 04:58, 10 February 2020 (UTC)
History (or lack thereof)
editI'm surprised that this article does not have a history section, considering that bakeries have been around for thousands of years. The Romans were big in to bakeries, and the Great Fire of London started in one. I'll try and organise some info, but any help would be appreciated.--Dmol (talk) 19:16, 18 January 2014 (UTC)
It'd be great if more detailed information could be added to this section. I don't have any sources to include myself, and information on the running of bakeries is proving difficult to find.
On the 10-year-old history section, now uncited
editI checked the revision history, and it was apparently originally cited to the wikipedia article on Baking; which is itself mostly cited to (today) "Culinary Creation." (https://archive.org/details/culinarycreation0000morg/page/n7/mode/2up). That's not viewable now, but if anyone wants to add citations, they're probably there.
