The commune has been awarded three flowers by the National Council of Towns and Villages in Bloom in the Competition of cities and villages in Bloom.^[1]

was in the lead of the article. It's unlinked and probably completely UNNOTABLE and undeserving of any mention on the page. If the award is somehow unusual or important, it still doesn't go in the WP:LEAD section or get WP:UNDUE bolding (it's not an alt name of the city itself).
