"Walled garden" edit

Moving to talk page to avoid an edit war. I'm not exactly sure why this needs to be mentioned - other services, like ITVX or the BBC's own iPlayer don't specify this, as I doubt many people expect the BBC to allow other organisations to publish their programmes/broadcast on the platform. I also dont understand why "walled garden" is mentioned. Apple music for example doesnt mention walled garden anywhere in the article and neither does spotify. Considering you can listen to bbc on tunein and other radio services or on any radio/car in the UK I dont think it meets the "walled garden" definition 70.20.62.224 (talk) 22:28, 19 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
