Controversy section is confusing and off-topicedit

The controversy section has nothing to do with the cuisine itself but appears to be blob of hearsay regarding a Bay-area chain of restaurants which serve the dish(es). It lacks relevance, does not meet standards and it will be removed. Drlegendre (talk) 14:05, 26 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
