Maintenance templates

I'm going to remove the blpsources and coi templates from the article. It's well sourced now except for birth place, which has a cn tag. And several editors from WikiProject Medicine have gone over the content, and I believe have fixed the COI concerns. Kendall-K1 (talk) 20:00, 5 September 2018 (UTC)
