If its true as the sourced image suggests that the new name under the Azerbaijan administration is Qarabağ University, I suggest that the name of the article be made 'Karabakh University' per the WP:COMMONNAME, as that's what's almost universally used instead of Garabagh. 82.132.184.10 (talk) 18:03, 2 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
The institution has already been re-founded a few times in its history as the article shows, starting off as the Stepanakert branch of Baku Pedagogical Institute.
