This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because Ann O'Dea is a multi award winning business woman. She is the co-founder and CEO of Silicon Republic which has over 250000 page views per month and is also the CEO of inspirefest. She is well recognised in Irish society for her work to promote diversity and inclusion in science and technology, and set up Inspirefest to specifically address this. An example of this recognition for her work in diversity is the conferring of a fellowship by the Irish Computer Society. This fact will be added to her profile.
