Info box display problem

Guatemala, Nicaragua, Kuwait and Cuba are also listed in the info box with population numbers, but these countries, at the end of the list, are not displaying in the info box. Coding looks ok though. Puerto Rico should be included

I have read other articles where Puerto Ricans are counted as immigrants in USA. So I think it's fair to consider Puerto Rico as an American destination

The Population Division of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs considers Puerto Rico a destination regardless of its Free Associated State http://elpais.com/especiales/2014/planeta-futuro/mapa-de-migraciones/

It makes no sense to include Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico is a US territory and Puerto Ricans are Americans. Unless you want to include the entire population of Puerto Rico as part of the count, it makes no sense to include a US territory in this article. Hihellowhatsup (talk) 20:26, 23 November 2017 (UTC)

Spain not included

According to https://brighttax.com/blog/-us-expat-taxes-for-americans-living-in-spain-everything-you-need-to-know there are 95000 americans living in Spain. I've spent an hour trying to update the "Infobox" with this information using both the text and visual editors but getting the same Infobox unknown parameter errors when adding new data fields. A lot of work needed

OR caveat: As a 30+ year American abroad, I find this article to be woefully inaccurate and incomplete. The statistics on how many US citizens reside in certain foreign countries are mere guesswork, and in some cases clearly wrong. For example, for the purposes of Hong Kong census statistics, I was an American resident in Hong Kong in July 1997. In August, I became a permanent resident and was no longer classified as a US citizen resident in Hong Kong. Those active in the US community in Hong Kong frequently point out that there are perhaps 200,000 US citizens resident in the city. DOR (HK) (talk) 09:03, 19 March 2018 (UTC)

Proposed merge with Emigration from the United States

According to the target article, "the process is the reverse of the immigration to the United States". So it seems to mean the same as American "diaspora" (which is an awful word in my opinion).

The article to be merged (American diaspora) has no interwikis, by the way. So we can enjoy the oportunity and just merge it already, no big consequences. --Bageense^(disc.) 14:58, 31 October 2019 (UTC)

Support merging. These two articles cover the same subject matter. ″Emigration from the United States″ is a clear objective description of the subject matter. Because the word ″diaspora″ is associated with dramatic dispersal of a formerly united population (not simply one part of the ongoing processes of out-migration and in-migration), ″Emigration from the United States″ is a more accurate description of this content than ″American diaspora.″ Orlady (talk) 18:33, 14 April 2020 (UTC)
