Image copyright problem with File:Coat of arms of Canada.svg edit

The image File:Coat of arms of Canada.svg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
  • That this article is linked to from the image description page.

POV edit

The "invasion" of Afghanistan is not a neutral point of view and must be reworded. Po' buster (talk) 17:58, 24 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

Afghanistan–Canada relationsCanada—Afghanistan relations — The article is mainly about Canada's relations with Afghanistan, not Afghanistan's relations with Canada as the title implies. Po' buster (talk) 03:05, 25 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

Oppose Standard form for bilateral relations articles is alphabetical by country (see Category:Bilateral relations of Canada ). This is a neutral way of titling such articles. The article should be expanded to include more details of Afghanistan's relation with Canada, I've added the name of the current ambassador as a start. Agreed, I didn't know there was an alphabetical standard. I have removed the mover request. Po' buster (talk) 12:43, 25 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

Merger proposal edit

I propose to merge Embassy of Afghanistan in Ottawa into this article. There isn't anything notable about the embassy although there is some information that could be migrated here. Aknell4 (talkcontribs) 22:24, 21 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

  • Support Until there is more information on the embassy itself, then it can be given its own article space. But for now, merge into the relations article. --WikiCleanerMan (talk) 17:28, 26 August 2021 (UTC)Reply
