According to The Complete Listing of Settlements in the Lwów Voivodeship for the year 1939 (in the Polish language) at PDL - Ilustrowany informator miasta Lwowa : ze spisem miejscowości województwa lwowskiego na rok 1939 there was no such village as "Adamy" in Lwów Voivodeship. See page 69 in DjVu format for villages beginning with the letter "A": Abramów, Adamówka, Agatówka, Aksmanice, Albigowa, Alfredówka, Andryanów, Antoniów, Arłamów, Artasów, and Artyszczów. That's all. — My guess is that the error in spelling is unintended. As far as Dmitry Kupiak, nicknamed "Klei", the in-depth article by BRONISŁAW SZEREMETA titled DYMITR KUPIAK I JEGO ZBRODNIE published in Echo Rzeszowa (2010) does not mention a settlement by that name. My guess is that the 1944 massacre was carried out either in "Abramów", "Adamówka" or in "Arłamów" which are the closest-sounding names to (quote-unquote) "Adamy" in my view. However, this would have to be confirmed elsewhere, because the actual source used in this article, i.e. Tadeusz Piotrowski, Genocide and Rescue in Wołyń p. 263, only repeats the name "Adamy village" from a Soviet publication by Vladimir Molchanov, titled There Shall Be Retribution published in Moscow by Progress Publishers, 1981, p. 191, which I believe is an unattributed translation from the Russian. Addendum. With some extra effort I managed to establish that Adamy village did in fact exist but it was not located in the Lwów Voivodeship. The village Adamy, attacked by the SB killing squad of OUN-UPA led by Dymitr (Dmitry) Kupiak "Klej" (Klei) was located in powiat Kamionka Strumiłowa koło Buska, in the Tarnopol Voivodeship (woj. tarnopolskie) of the Second Polish Republic.
