This was moved from 600s in 2008, due to ambiguity, and the guidelines were changed. A few months later, 1900s (decade) and 2000s (decade) were moved, although there was no change to the guidelines - it's likely that a new discussion is needed. This page was also moved, possibly influenced by that discussion. I support the move back for now, for consistency with others such as 500s and 700s, and because it was a cut and paste move without discussion, however I would support a change to the guidelines.
