• I'd add (QPR) after the first use of Queens Park Rangers in the Route to the final section to explain further usages of the abbreviation.

• "two automatic places for promotion to the Premiership", I believe the competition became known as the Premier League from 2007-08 onwards. [1]

• "at around 3 p.m.", matches tend to kick off at exact times so the around seems a little odd here, unless there's a reason for a delay?
