Lead Section edit

  • Can you specify what Revolutionary People's Liberation Party/Front is? It seems their ideology is marxist, but I don't know what "marxist" mean, so what is this party's idea about bringing People's Liberation back in Turkey by committing bombings?   Done
Revolutionary People's Liberation Party/Front has its own article and these topics are wider than this attack itself, so in that case I think those information will be irrelavant with the attack "in the Wikipedia concept". If that were an academic article, I would totally agree about mentioning that, even more, such as the background of the organization, but readers can easily get that information from the article of the organization.--Nanahuatl (talk) 21:28, 4 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

Background edit

  • a fire was opened on the police, I believe we should replace a word from there to get a hint that the fire is actually a gunshot... or do you mean like a fire in the sense of somebody being an arsonist?   Done
gunfire?--Nanahuatl (talk) 21:38, 4 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
Yes. Editoneer (talk) 04:40, 5 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
Done.--Nanahuatl (talk) 23:19, 5 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
  • that did not comply with the stop warning of the police teams, I thought the plan was that they wanted to enter the police station and bombed themselves.. what made them suspicious that the police wanted to stop them?   Done
This was a different event that was ocurred about a couple of months ago. A routine police checkpoint, and the taxi just don't stop and the people inside start shooting at the police, the sources say.--Nanahuatl (talk) 21:38, 4 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
Can you mention that inside the article? Editoneer (talk) 04:40, 5 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
I thought it was clear, since the paragraph starts with "On 20 July 2012" and the last sentence of the paragraph ("After the death of Hasan Selim Gönen, the information that DHKP-C was preparing for action against the police stations was reported to the press").--Nanahuatl (talk) 23:19, 5 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
  • located at the entrance of the Gazi neighborhood, Does the police "gatekeep" entrances of neighborhoods for safety reasons or is something beforehand that caused the policemen to be there? And... Turkish neighborhoods has an entrance?
A better word should be "border" or "limit" I assume, or just leaving that :D--Nanahuatl (talk) 21:38, 4 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
I mean, if we leave it like that it is a different part of the story, so maybe just "limit". Editoneer (talk) 06:21, 6 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
  • the taxi stopped after crashing into the pavement. Did the car crashed into the surface of the road?   Done
What's your suggestion?--Nanahuatl (talk) 21:38, 4 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
I've contacted a Turk from Wikipedia:Discord and told me that you probable meant "sideways". Editoneer (talk) 04:40, 5 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
Thanks, done.--Nanahuatl (talk) 23:19, 5 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
  • the woman trying to escape was injured in Gaziosmanpaşa. Is she the driver or the other one from the "one of two men"? And why is she trying to escape if she's part of a suicide bombing?   Done
As I said above, that part is not the suicide bombing, another incident that caused to this attack. "Two men" was wrong, I tried to fixed the sentence.--Nanahuatl (talk) 21:38, 4 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
THe male passenger, try not to hurry up, "THe". Editoneer (talk) 04:40, 5 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
Done.--Nanahuatl (talk) 23:19, 5 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
  • [1], [2], [4] can you translate the parts where it mentions the parts mentioned in the article? And what about McDonald's mentioned in there?   Done
Sure, I can translate in a while. "McDonald's thing" is just a reference of an unrelated activity of Işıklı, one of the people that mentioned in the article. It also mentions that she killed a police officer before, but also irrelevant with this attack.--Nanahuatl (talk) 21:38, 4 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

Inside of the station, done. The x-ray device is located after you enter through the door, a few steps away.--Nanahuatl (talk) 23:25, 5 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
  • 75th Anniversary Police Station, the police stations in general? (Considering the capitalizations) or of that specific police station? If so shouldn't it be "The 7th anniversary of the police station?"   Done
The name of the station is that, The 75th Anniversary Police Station.--Nanahuatl (talk) 23:25, 5 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
  • the sound of hand gunshots were heard what are hand gunshots?   Done

  • Can you translate [5], [6], [7],
Again, translate how? The sources? In here or to translate for you to understand them?--Nanahuatl (talk) 23:25, 5 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
Yes, translate the sources here so I can understand them, as I assume you're turkish and that Google Translate can easily paint a different story. Editoneer (talk) 06:21, 6 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
