• As with the 2014 final, a short description could be added.

• The league was not known as the EFL Championship at the time, it would have been the Football League Championship. If this is agreed, it might be worth noting for other articles, our own for the league would indicate the new name did not come into force until 2016.

• A few football terms that could be linked in the lead, own goal, hat-trick and penalty. I notice man of the match is linked in the Post-match section so it's probably worth linking in the lead also.
