On the roster, Michael Matthews, George Cooper, and Xavier McGuire are listed as "RS Senior"; does that mean they're coming back? Also, Dominique Reese is listed as "Wide Receiver/Cornerback"; I simply placed him under "Wide Receivers." —Disavian (^talk/_contribs) 07:59, 2 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Mike Matthews and Coop are done. Xavier McGuire was found ineligible at the end of the Fall term with Reggie and Kenny Scott but all three of those players only had one game left (Gator Bowl). Reese will probably be a cornerback but we'll see in the Spring. - Excaliburhorn

Georgia Tech has posted six consecutive seasons with 7 or more wins under Coach Gailey. The team has been to six bowl games under Chan Gailey and has a 2-4 record in post season play. Under Chan Gailey, Georgia Tech has become notorious for having a blitzing defense and a ball control offense. In 2006 Georgia Tech proved to be slightly inconsistent holding #2 Notre Dame to 14 points (L 14-10) and upsetting #10 Virginia Tech (W 38-27), while losing to unranked archrival University of Georgia (L 15-12).
