Nominated within a week of creation, and is just over 2100 bytes (excluding the blockquote), satisfying date and length criteria. The statement "... change their protective face-masks daily..." is incorrect, as the source states the filters could be changed daily, not the entire mask. So is the statement "...the creation of Canada's Occupational Health and Safety Act...", as this is a provincial Act, not federal. Hook ALT0 repeats the same mistake. Hook ALT1 makes a claim ("the basis of all health and safety legislation in Canada") that needs tweaking. The legislation created was provincial, and it appears that the Royal Commission's 117 recommendations were the basis of that legislation and ultimately federal legislation; I didn't see mention of federal legislation drawing from the provincial version in the sources (though that likely happened anyway); if I missed it, please point me to the right location. Otherwise, the article is sourced, and there appear to be no copyvio issues. QPQ not required, as this appears to be the third DYK nomination by User:CT55555. So there are only the minor issues noted above to rectify. Mindmatrix02:53, 18 December 2021 (UTC)Reply
Hi User:Mindmatrix Your comments warm my heart, thank you for your diligence! Good catch on the filters/face masks detail, you are correct. And I also agree, the Ham Commission surely did influence federal legislations, but the sources are talking about provincial legislation and I wrote those parts in error. I have corrected the errors in the article and edited the draft using strikethrough function (I hope that is the correct process, I'm new to this). All feedback welcome and again thanks for the attention to detail!. CT55555 (talk) 14:11, 18 December 2021 (UTC)Reply
@CT55555: You don't need to do anything else unless someone else finds an error I may have missed in this review. This nomination will be moved to the approved queue, and at some point will be added to one of the prep areas for eventual placement on the front page. It may take some time, as there are numerous articles ready for promotion. Mindmatrix14:37, 18 December 2021 (UTC)Reply
