Inauguration, le 19/09/1841 de la première ligne ferroviaire internationale entre Strasbourg (en FR) et Basel (en CH). http://christophe.lachenal.free.fr/francais/education/fr_education_historique.html Le chemin de fer de Strasbourg à Bâle, inauguré le 19 septembre 1841.
