Mysterious 'h' in the title

edit

(Just moved article from "Ōhoyamatsumi", to which the following applies.) According to the Japanese entry, which is likely to be reliable, the name of this entity is the obvious reading (spelling out the kana syllables): O-o-ya-ma-tsu-mi. The 'h' is no doubt a trace of the informal (and actually quite idiotic) Romanisation scheme in which "long vowels" are written by appending 'h'. (Idiotic, because it's impossible to tell if the 'h' is simply the start of the next syllable.) Since Wikipedia uses macrons in conventional Hepburn Romanisation, the title should be: Ōyamatsumi. If some historical document includes an anomalous version this could be mentioned, but only if the name has somewhere caught on in English contexts.
