Syed Ibrahim bin Syed Noh (born 18 June 1964) is a Malaysian politician and activist who has served as Non-executive Chairman of the Malaysian Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) since April 2023 and the Member of Parliament (MP) for Ledang since May 2018. He is a member and Division Chief of Ledang of the People's Justice Party (PKR), a component party of the Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalition. He has served as the State Chairman of PKR of Johor from September 2019 to August 2022 and again since May 2024, Spokesperson of PKR, Information Chief of PKR, Vice President of Bersih 2.0, Activist of Ikram Malaysia (IKRAM), Chairman of the Gerakan Mansuh ISA (GMI) which is the Internal Security Act (ISA) Abolition Movement and the Assistant General Manager of Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM). He worked with TM from 1989 to 2014.[1][2][3][4]

editOn 30 September 2019, PKR President Anwar Ibrahim met with all branch chiefs of Johor PKR to appoint the new Johor PKR State Chairman to replace Pasir Gudang MP Hassan Abdul Karim who had resigned. The meeting made the decision to appoint Syed Ibrahim to the position. On 26 May 2024, Syed Ibrahim was reappointed to the position to take over PKR Deputy President Rafizi Ramli.
