Notes

edit
  1. ^ a b Lithuania refused to play against Belarus in Euro qualifying, due to Belarusian involvement in the Russian invasion of Ukraine.[2] UEFA subsequently declared the matches as forfeited by Lithuania and they were deemed to have lost both matches 0–3. The Lithuanian Football Federation was also fined 5,000€.[3][4]
