Submission declined on 30 November 2023 by Dan arndt (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

- Comment: Fails WP:NPOLITICIAN, according to the details on Sungai Pelek (state constituency). Ng Chok Sin was a candidate but never elected. Noting the Selangor MCA chairman is not a notable position. Dan arndt (talk) 08:17, 30 November 2023 (UTC)
- Comment: sources are WP:ROUTINE, the eulogy sources are also kind of routine and at the very least show significant coverage about his life. Not like his death is the main reason he is notable. EmeraldRange (talk/contribs) 23:58, 4 November 2023 (UTC)
