editOn September 27, 2022, Apple Studios was set to produce a feature film adaptation of Elaine Hsieh Chou’s novel Disorientation with Hyperobject Industries' Adam McKay attached as a producer along with Malala Yousafzai and Erika Kennair executive producing through their company Extracurricular.[1]
