All TV Dagupan is a commercial television station owned by Advanced Media Broadcasting System. Its studio was situated at the ALLTV Broadcast Center, A.B. Fernandez East, Dagupan City, Pangasinan while its transmitter is located at Mt. Sto. Tomas, Tuba, Benguet, sharing transmitter facilities with ALLTV Baguio.

Upon its launch of a separate TV Patrol newscast throughout history, it served as an originating station of the network's North Central Luzon market. From July 2 to November 2, 2018, the station ran as a sub-opt market for the North Luzon super region, retaining separate breakfast shows from its Baguio master control. After axing its breakfast program, the station converted to a semi-satellite of ABS-CBN Baguio, but retains separate local advertising.

On May 5, 2020, ABS-CBN Dagupan went off the air as a result of the cease and desist order of the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) after the franchise expiration.
