Some currently standardized breeds are derived from a now extinct landrace stock. Others have a parallel divergence: some of landraces were taken and bred to be a standardized breed, while others were left to continue being feral.
Both of these -usually animals- are still called by the same name.
I don't want to add standardized breeds in the landraces category. But I feel it's important to note that some were previously landraces; especially when articles and even breed name mentions/calls out its landrace descent.
Can we create separate sub/categories to describe these?
